Shipping and postage
Thank you for choosing our products. At Wellness with Jess, we strive to provide you with the best possible delivery service for your order. All our parcels are sent via the quickest and most reliable postage network which includes Australia Post and Aramex Couriers network. Please ensure that when ordering online, we encourage you to disclose any shipping instructions with every order. For addresses where it is unsafe to leave the parcel at your doorstep, please ensure that you choose the insurance cover for your delivery as we are not responsible for your parcel if it goes missing once delivered. This applies strongly to international orders.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your order and follow its progress. Please contact our customer service department on 0402778820 via text or by email at hello@wellnesswjess.com if you have any issues or concerns with regard to your delivery.
For our Australian customers:
- If you purchased the 25 day or 50 day ulitmate wellness program then you will not be charged any shipping cost.
- If you purchased the books then flat rate for postage is $14.00 per 500 grams. Most items are sent via Australia Post unless there is an alternative service. Orders take 1 business day to process and are shipped on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday each week.
For New Zealand customers:
- If you purchased the 25 or 50 day ultimate wellness program then you will not be charged any shipping cost.
- If you purchased the books then flat rate for postage is $17.20 and the eta of your parcel is usually 7-10 days. Most parcels are safe dropped.

For International customers:
Postage applies on all purchases (including the ultimate wellness program. The flat rate is $35.00 and eta of your parcel is usually 14 days, sometimes extending onto 30 days. It is strongly recommended that you chose the insurance option to safeguard your goods. Wellness with Jess use Interparcel for most of our International customers as well as the Australia Post network. Most items arrive safely however, some delays are beyond our control so please once again have patience as we do not control these delays. There are a lot of overseas restrictions and disruptions have affected most services.

International customs tax
From time to time, customs may require you to pay a tax within your country for the delivery of your goods. This is not something Wellness with Jess will be responsible for. All measures are taken to ensure this does not happen by stating the parcel is a gift. We do not take responsibility for your country’s tax on delivering to product to you.
